During a nationwide operation named Unite, law enforcement agencies inspected 42 waste management facilities. The raid results revealed serious violations in the sector, necessitating immediate regulatory intervention.

Following the inspections, the activities under 17 permits were suspended or fully annulled. Furthermore, the obtained data formed the basis for initiating more than 30 criminal cases against alleged violators of legislation.

These measures mark a new phase in the government's fight against crimes in the waste disposal sector. The authorities' actions are aimed at stopping illegal activities and ensuring compliance with environmental standards across the country.
